Proper fit is a must - for feeling comfortable, having fun, and even for safety in ice skating. Baking the boot is essential to the proper fit.
You'll be amazed at the precise measuring techniques that our skilled Pro Shop staffers use at Arctic Wolf Ice Center. We know how to make sure your feet fit into the skating boot. And you though only cakes and cookies were for baking?
Baking the boot in our oven right in back of the counter customizes it to your foot. Believe us, you don't want to skate in a boot that doesn't fit. That's the value of your local Pro Shop. Your skating boots will have your feet burning-mad when improperly stuffed or too-loosely wrapped into a boot.
This is true in figure skating, in ice hockey, and even
during a simple recreational, public session skating experience.
